Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.


Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

Tracking information is typically received as soon as the item ships via email.

 


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team immediately with your order number and photos of the item.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
