Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are damaged due to misuse, or items returned after the 14-day window, are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
